Diana Hassen is an accomplished musician, as well as a composer and songwriter. She has had over fourteen years of guitar training and is capable of proficiently teaching the electric, acoustic and classical guitars to students of all ages and levels with great care and patience.

Diana obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in music/guitar performance from Cal Poly University with an emphasis on performance, theory and sight-reading.  While attending Cal Poly she was a member of the Cal Poly Pomona Guitar Ensemble for four years, and a member of the Kellogg Soul Ensemble for three years.  She was the recipient of several scholarships as a member of these groups for her excellent guitar skills while attending Cal Poly. 

In addition to her B.A. in music, Diana obtained her certificate in Film Scoring from UCLA in 2015.

Diana has organized various Guitar Workshops for the Boys and Girls Club of Pomona in the past, organizing and developing the materials for the workshops.  In this class she taught children about the basics of guitar fundamentals.

Diana is available by appointment for thirty minutes at the price of $25 per lesson.  If you would like to schedule a lesson with her, please contact the studio, either by phone or email or please feel free to contact her directly.  She has flexibility in her schedule and lives close to the studio.
